Technology LiBS
We offer solutions based on Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS), an advanced technology used by NASA. Our LIBS technology instruments can identify and quantify all 118 elements of the periodic table in liquid, solid, or gas form — without sampling or preparation.

Building on over 25 years of R&D conducted by CEA and ORANO, and backed by investment from CEA Investissement, iUMTEK is a Deeptech & Greentech company that has launched a new generation of instruments capable of detecting elements in solid, liquid, and gaseous materials. Powered by LIBS technology, Artificial Intelligence, and specialized sensors, our instruments go beyond their traditional market (the lab), bringing real-time, in-line analysis to industrial environments — including even the harshest and most hostile of settings, such as those found in Industry 4.0 and the New Nuclear sector.
